We've been with Zen for a decade and it's been rock solid. We've had one or two issues in that time, but nothing major. The only drama is on the buffering-free streaming services.

A Great Company all round and have been using them over a number of years now, well recommended on price and the line connection has always been spot on along with speed.

Can't get through on live chat to speak with agent! Tried 5 times . Seems like skeleton staff at weekends. Frustrating.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Zen Internet has honestly earned it. The WiFi is fast, stable, and incredibly reliable perfect for studying, and working from home without a single hiccup. From day one, the service has been smooth and exactly what I needed. But what really makes Zen stand out is their exceptional customer service. A special shoutout to Rita, hands down the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. She was patient, professional, and went above and beyond to help me out. It felt like I was actually being listened to, which is rare these days. Kudos to you, Rita! If you’re looking for an internet provider that delivers both top-tier connection and outstanding support, I can’t recommend Zen Internet enough. 💯👏

We migrated from BT FTTC connection to a Zen 500Mb FTTP product. First off it took 4 months for installation, although Zen repeatedly said it was out of their hands and blamed BT Openreach as they provide the infrastructure. Once in the connection was stable for about a week but then started to degrade to the point that we regularly saw speeds as low as 30Mb down with maintenance of our uplink speed at 70Mbs. Xen said that this had been fixed but we continued to have the same problems despite an unspecified piece of equipment having been 'fixed' at the exchange. We are now looking to leave Zen but there is a catch. Every time you allow a support ticket to be closed the clock is reset on their OFCOM requirement to allow you to exit the minimum term agreement. My advice - don't let them close support tickets until a good three weeks of stable connectivity. Otherwise you will find yourself bound to the minimum term whilst suffering through cycles of extremely poor performance. And lastly yes, these are speeds and traceroutes performed on the house gateway (entry point of the fibre) not through anything in the house that would degrade the offered speeds.

The router didn’t provide a wide Wi-Fi coverage, I couldn’t receive Wi-Fi in the bedroom which is above the room that the router was sat. Previous providers and my new provider, their Wi-Fi extends to each room and even the garden. Exclusive for what I was getting.

Fritz Router far superior to usual d-link etc. and broadband updated to full fibre as soon as it was available in my area.So far no availability problems.

Zen are a breath of fresh air after being with various ISPs over the years and never being totally happy with any of them. They make everything work efficiently and outages are thankfully rare.
