Zen were very attentive and made sure we got connected in the end after teething troubles
a smooth process for a well reviewed service. TalkTalk have been abysmal for loss of service over the previous 24 months, glad to get away. Farhan was very helpful and clear throughout.
Calling in was a great experience. The phone was answered quickly by a real person who spoke clear English. There was none of the common experience where companies save money by setting up their customer service abroad, then do not have the confidence in their own people to give them the power to actually do anything to help. The people I have spoken to at Zen have always done everything they could to help, and have sorted problems in a clear and straightforward manner. The only reason I awarded 4 stars instead of 5 is that I've never been able to make the chat button on the website work.

Customer Service is poor Zen Internet want to check my 2 star review is genuine. My previous 5 star reviews did not require checking. Different explanations from different Zen agents. Nearly always a different agent responds to emails, each appears to respond selectively and mainly concerned with closing the case. Zen Internet is expensive when it goes wrong and is followed by poor customer service.
Zen provide a good service at a fair price. I've had no issues with reliability. Their customer service is good too. I've always felt like I'm dealing with actual people rather than "scripts".
From initial contact to arrange switch from existing broadband supplier to installation and supply of a well specified router all went smooth and timely
I have been with Zen for a while now and never had a single issue. Set up and transfer over to them was also painless and the connection is reliable
5 stars.... so far. Great installation and great up time. Really reliable so far (3 weeks in) so hope it continues!

Really easy to join Zen, I chose to call them to make sure the service was exactly what I was looking for. Staff were very knowledgeable not pushy. Change over from my previous provider to Zen was smooth and the service provided to date has been excellent.
IPv6 setup not working out of the box. Flimsy router ("fritzbox") with poor wifi signal (and w/o boost or jack for extra antenna ). But customer service answered fast.
