Sarang (Yuno) was very helpful
I spoke with Sarang today because the charges shown on the yuno app did not equate to the kW used. Sarang was very helpful and explained what he could see on his side. Add there was a discrepancy, he asked me to send screenshots. I've done that but I haven't had a response. I'm happy with the support I received today from Sarang as he was very helpful. If I had a fix to the issue I reported, I'd score 5 out of 5.
