How on earth can Yorkshire Water possibly believe they are a good company. 21% water leakage. Polluting our rivers with sewage. Increasing our bills by over £200.00 per year. Still paying out bonuses... See more

Abysmal - have now been without water for over 24 hours after my meter failed and started spraying water all over the kitchen. Still waiting for my 5pm to 8pm 'urgent works' appointment (it's now 11pm) and had to endure a 50 minute wait when chasing up at 8pm. Followed up just now and they can't get hold of the assigned plumber. Sub optimal would be a polite description of a company that would appear to struggle to organise a party in a brewery.

Yorkshire Water is ok generally but we haven’t had our meter read for years . It’s in the front garden and the site was lost when a large tree was removed. A few men have been round probing with a stick but they have never found it. We suggested a metal detector but nobody ever came round with one. So we have no idea if we are paying the correct amount.

Just paid my bill..exactly the same amount used as last time, but my bill has increased by 38.1%..how can Yorkshire Water possibly justify this?The only thing I can think of is that the increase is needed to pay the usual obscene bonuses...

Fabulous company they really do know how to look after customers. They treat you with compassion and respect. From the day my mum passed away to now. They couldn’t have done anymore. They never bombarded me with bills or calls the only thing I had to do was let them know when my mums house and sold and that was it. It took 2 years to sell my mums house and I had know stress from Yorkshire water. Not like I did from other companies. Thank you
