My chain was great. Just what I needed. However my husband’s chain has still not been sorted. We ordered both at the beginning of January. My husband’s chain was 2” too short. I emailed the company and the reply said that the chain was 2” shorter than I had ordered but that it was the wrong chain. I checked and it was a different chain. They said that “on this occasion” they would send one that was the correct size. We are now at the beginning of February and it still has not been received. I would definitely NOT use this company again as every time I have contacted them I get “fobbed off”! The replacement chain has now arrived on the 6th February!
