Used their call back service three times to complain about abuse of the Direct Debit Agreement but received no reply from them. This is unbelievable. Why advertise a service that is not manned? Yorkshire Water now says it has 'reached out to me' and asks for more information. How do they expect me to give them the information?!!!! I'm not sticking it on Trustpilot!
Just had a chat with a Yorkshire Water rep re getting a Water meter. The person I spoke with was excellent, made me feel like I really mattered.
