My enquiry today was regarding a Hosepipe Ban, I spoke to 2 different people & both were very knowledgable about my enquiry & they were very helpful which meant It was dealt with there & then I am very please with how my enquiry was handled by the staff at Yorkshire Water

I have been put on the priority list and I was treated with care and respect.

I do not like to give my forwarding home details, but it forced me to update it.

No problems encountered.

There was no option to submit my final reading and my usage was lower than expected yet you have increased my payments - impossible to speak to anyone - and links from emails and website do not work! It feels deliberately difficult to speak with someone…

I was contacting yorkshire water customer service help with my direct debit payment. I spoke to customer service advisor called Sid, from the start he was amazing help,caring, and understanding and helping support me in my situation.i was diagnosed with breast cancer and uncontrolled epilepsy. I was behind paying direct debit payments. He helped me sort out a new card payment plan that I could pay at a post office payment point.Sid is advised on help with other organisation. Thank you so much! 10/10

It was easy to set up

The process of changing my water supplier, due to a change of address, was made easy.

Easy to access the on line website and very quick and helpful form to complete.

The website operated well and it was easy to register as a new customer, however on moving into the area I have noticed a water leak in the street which has been there for several days. I understand that Yorkshire water are aware of it because they are carrying out works just around the corner.

Staff in customer services are lovely. Very helpful and efficient.

I spoke to somebody on the phone who was lovely and lowered my monthly payment as I live by myself and it was looking too much for a 1 person flat. I also got confirmation that my payment would be lowered. Then you changed it within the same week to be as back to before, overwriting the lowered payment, without any explanation.

The staff is very helpful and very prompt and efficient. They are always very helpful and understanding and they always try to come to a solution to your problems. Yorkshire water is one of the best companies to deal when you need help with your bill.
