utter disgrace that reading in the news today that the CEO Nicola Shaw received a yearly salary of £585,000 last year and a bonus of £371,00, that is a obscene wage for what used to belong to the people of this country. The last reservoir built was in the 1920s yet we still hear that they are fixing leaks, maybe they should look at the leakage of money that could help towards rather than line their pockets and give away bonuses. As a keep angler I'm disgusted by the way the rivers have been treated as a dumping ground too and on several occasions watched condoms and sanitary towels float by. The sooner this is back in the hands of the country the better. By the way your reply will fall on deaf ears. Also Yorkshire Water drained two reservoirs in recent years. When someone asked why they said they could not afford to maintain the dams. Utter stupidity

Very simple process with quick confirmation email. Only negative is over-estimating usage and so collecting too much money for what our usage will be which will need to be repaid later.
