How on earth can Yorkshire Water possibly believe they are a good company. 21% water leakage. Polluting our rivers with sewage. Increasing our bills by over £200.00 per year. Still paying out bonuses... See more

I think considering how much you are about to be charging me for water, you would expect anything else. I am moving into a 2 bedroom property with a water meter. and you are going to charge me over £70. I was previously living in a 4 bed property and paying less than that and you still had to refund me.
Every time that I've had to communicate with Yorkshite Water I've been really impressed with both their response time and the quality of their information. They listen, process requirements and act upon them quickly.

Moved house from a five-bedroom detached with five people living there, a hot tub and pond, to a three-bedroom terrace with four people living there, but you have estimated that our water bill will be £10 per month more than at our old house. I don't mind paying for the water we've used but the bill says our payments won't be reviewed for 12 months.
