Recently left the Yorkshire water area, all done online, would have liked to have had the opportunity to add a meter reading for accuracy. Yorkshire water is a private monopoly, they could be brilliant or rubbish and you have no alternative, it's pointless being privately owned as it has no competition and ofwat is toothless, it provides a water supply and removes waste and sends billions in dividends to investors
