I was contacting yorkshire water customer service help with my direct debit payment. I spoke to customer service advisor called Sid, from the start he was amazing help,caring, and understanding and helping support me in my situation.i was diagnosed with breast cancer and uncontrolled epilepsy. I was behind paying direct debit payments. He helped me sort out a new card payment plan that I could pay at a post office payment point.Sid is advised on help with other organisation. Thank you so much! 10/10
