Today I had my annual statement, called Yorkshire water with a couple small enquiries, the assistant was very courtesy towards old people like me , most understanding , and all my little problem was dealt with eas and professionally as it could be , many thanks to Yorkshire Water and the excellent assistant .CHEERS

This was my first interaction with Yorkshire Water for some time, and I was very pleased with the prompt and efficient way that my enquiry was dealt with. The advisor was polite and helpful and explained the process concisely. All in all I am an extremely satisfied customer.
