The publishing process went well and my book looks professional. Customer service was helpful when I had questions. However, I felt some of the marketing packages were overpriced for what you actually get in return.

The final book quality is solid and the distribution network is extensive. My main complaint is that everything takes longer than they initially tell you. What was supposed to be a 6-week process turned into 12 weeks. Still satisfied with the outcome though.
