I spoke with Victor Jimenez who provided one of the most beneficial customer service calls I have had in years. Victor was extremely knowledgeable over the industry as well knew exactly which Wyoming LLC Attorney services would benefit my specific use case the most. I could not be more satisfied with this interaction.

This company consistently provides excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. I had the pleasure of speaking with Abby. Abby was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. She went over and beyond to rectify the situation quickly and efficiently. I had a great experience, and great individuals like Abby make it a pleasure to do business with this company!

They renewed my yearly subscription almost a month early without telling me. Then when I email them they are extremely slow to reply and tell me to log in to company sage to get support but idk what that even is! They say their email is not active but itβs literally the support email listed on their site and they are replying to it so it seems like an excuse not to help me. Totally lame. I had already sent form to the government to dissolve the LLC but they renew anyways im pissed donβt do business with this company if you want transparency and to be billed what you expect. They didnβt even bother sending me an invoice in my email.

I chose CloudPeak Law / Wyoming LLC Attorney about four years ago and had a good experience throughout. For the first time last year, I got onto automatic payment. I monitor my renewals very closely and evaluate whether I would keep services and allow auto-pay to occur, or whether my needs had changed and I would want to cancel. My projected auto-pay date in my portal was March 31st annually, and the previous year's payment ran on March 15. I didn't intend to renew this year, and had set up a reminder to close the account pending certain information I was waiting on on March 7. Because they billed me early by 2 weeks, without notice received, according to Wyoming LLC Attorney, I am not eligible for a refund of $179 for a future YEAR of services we have not even started yet. This is really gross policy and I don't think it's good faith. Everything about 3 interactions I had about closing my account now has given me the clear understanding that they measure success off of how little they work with a person on specifics relating to their situation. There is no reason not to take responsibility for poor communication and early payment pulling, where the customer will hold the bag. I suppose they could have billed three months ago. Don't expect your annual renewal to occur on a predictable date each year, and when they bill you early, don't expect to have a credible conversation about a refund. The refund that I requested is for 12 months of Registered Agent services WHICH HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED YET. I don't want a response to this testimonial, I'd like a refund. My company on my account is BNE LLC. Thanks in advance.

I used this service to be the agent for my LLC in Wyoming. My LLC was due to expire in 1.5 months time. I was not going to renew so I went on their website and clicked the option in the settings to not renew. I thought I was fine. I found then that even after I had turned off the autorenew, they still sent 1 email to me that they would renew my LLC automatically if I didn't email them to cancel. I didn't notice this email until 2 weeks later but by that time they had already charged my credit card. Since I had clicked not to renew and it was still one month until the renewal deadline with the Sec of State, I contacted the company for a refund. After a few tries, they finally responded and told me that they couldn't reverse it. I had to do a chargeback with the credit card. I highly recommend anyone not to work with this unethical company.

I created a Series LLC with this company 5 years ago. Over that time they've had two major errors. The first was an error in understanding how Series LLCs work, which resulted in them trying to charge me to register each individual Series under the parent, and individually charge for each Series. When you pay for the Series, it includes all Series up to 10, which they acknowledged and then rolled back the charges and attempts to re-register each child Series. The second error was that they didn't file my annual report and pay the associated fee. Despite their website saying my LLC was in good standing, the Wyoming State lookup showed my LLC as dissolved. There had been zero notices sent to me. When I called the company, customer service put me on hold for 10 minutes, then came back and said there was an error in their system, and I would have to pay $250 to reestablish my company. When I asked what they what they were going to do to resolve their error, they said they'd look at in their backend, but that they wouldn't look at my LLC until I paid the fee, because they believe that it is the customer's responsibility to check on the LLC, that it has been renewed, and all the proper paperwork has been sent. When I asked what I was actually paying them for, since they have an annual renewal service, the customer service agent could not answer. When I read reviews on TrustPilot, I usually assume there was some user error and that the truth is not as bad as what was written. In this case, the company _admitted_ they had an error, then blamed the customer for not doing the work the company is paid to do. I would avoid at all costs. There are better options at price points above and below Wyoming LLC Attorney that were not available when I first made my LLC. Please use those.
