SCAM - BECAREFUL
I have been waiting for over 6 Months for 4 EINs, whenever I call them they said the IRS is backed up. I called the IRS and they said they have not received a filing. I called customer services multiple times and they literally hang up and say there is nothing they can. I have tried email support and they keep marking the case as solved after a few days, even thought its not. I requested a manager call back multiple times and no calls me back. RUN DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THEM. THIS IS NOT JUST MY EXPERIENCE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS on this platform and others. There are a lot of other better services out there.

100% scam
100% scam. They were paid to file with the state of Wyoming and didn't. They never answer any email or request for help. They now have charged my card 4 times and keep saying they don't have the money yet the bank has receipts showing that the money has been sent to them. Response to reply: I have reached out several times and got nowhere. Feel free to message me if you feel there is a different resolution available.

WOW I just have to say this wasβ¦
WOW I just have to say this was lightning fast. From me calling to ask a few questions to forming the LLC was just amazingly fast and easy. They walked me through everything and when I clicked the Submit button everything was created and LLC was formed. I logged into the website and clicked EIN and while I was being told about the services right when I was about to hang up Abby said your EIN is complete. Amazing service

Great service! No issues with monthly and annual payment processing, no hidden costs and great customer support. I highly recommend it for LLC formation and legal attorney services. Haven't used any add-ons so can't comment on that.
