I opened 7 companies with them for myβ¦
I opened 7 companies with them for my clients. & in December and 1 a few days ago, to date for 4 of the companies opened in December there is still no EIN and no fax has arrived to the IRS, even if they put faxes in the portal. on February 12th I incorporated a company and to date it still doesn't exist in Delaware, I write and contact them and they reply that they have to verify and open cases. To this day I think they are inefficient in everything and steal money.
