Lamentable la gestión

Lamentable la gestión, a un producto (dos anillos) de 25 euros le sumamos 22 euros de envío a España (un timo que cueste casi la misma cantidad que el producto). A todo esto añadimos 30 euros más de aduanas y gastos de envío de la compañía DHL, y como no, al ser retenido en aduana casi una semana el envío no ha llegado en la fecha prevista. Finalmente un producto de 25 euros me ha salido por 77... Definitivamente no vuelvo a comprar en esta página, me siento realmente timada.

Don't order an e-card on the weekend…

Don't order an e-card on the weekend from Zumiez! I ordered an electronic gift card for my son (it was his big present for his birthday). It was a Saturday, and the card never arrived. SO disappointed! There is no customer service available on the weekend, so I had to wait until 9:00 EST on Monday to call them. I spoke to a CSR who jabbered non-stop and kept going off on tangents and wouldn't listen. She is now tracking the e-card, which may take all day. She says we may have to cancel it because they cannot resend them. BE AWARE! If you're ordering an e-gift card on the weekend, your recipient may not get it for days; and you will not even know they didn't get it. The CSR's explanation is that they hand verify every purchase. The point of an e-card is that it should be available quickly. At the very least, they should post this information on the website so that you can make an informed choice. I wouldn't have ordered this if I'd have known it wouldn't arrive quickly.

Pismo beach

Although the store located in Pismo Beach is (for once) starting to look clean and organized.. the customer service has taken a nose dive. What used to be such a chill and comfortable environment with helpful and happy staff now just feels snobby and has a “holier than though” vibe. Wasn’t greeted or assisted when looking for sizes. And when I did approach who I assume to be the store manager.. it felt as though I was inconveniencing him. Won’t be going to that location again.

I was very reluctant about buying on Zumiez given all the negatives reviews of other customers, but I had a positive experience with them. The item arrived within 4 days, I chose international shipping and they were quickly to respond by email. Please READ the faq!

Tonight I had a great experience shopping in the Zumiez in waterbury Connecticut Mall. The staff was very knowledgeable of products they had in stock and had me checked out swiftly.

Ripped after day one

Bought a shoe from Zumiez which cost me 120$ when it arrived to my country I paid an unexpected 50 euro for tax on top of a previous added bill. One day into skating my shoes, it started to rip significantly, for a pair of skate shoes this is outrageous especially after paying the amount of money I did for the shoes. If you ask me I would 100% recommend you to look in a different store, although it might be more expensive you will get your moneys worth unlike Zumiez

Godt produkt men ærgerlig service

Jeg har bestilt et par sko d 13 marts og har intet hørt siden, og det er ikke muligt at følge min ordre, da den blot oplyser at pakken stadig er i USA - og at en leveringsdato snart kommer?? Fede ting de har derinde, men vil ikke bestille derfra igen - nu må jeg se hvornår jeg får pakken, da jeg har skrevet til dem, men de oplyser at deres kontor er lukket 😤😤 Har nu fået nogle rigtig fede sko, men er lidt træt af den lange leveringstid og ringe kommunikation, hvor man ikke får noget at vide. De stod en dag ved min dør med varen, uden jeg var blevet informeret om noget, udover at jeg som forventet skulle betale told/moms.

We made my sons first customized skateboard 4/10/21, at the Williamsburg store. The young lady that waited on us showed us everything that we needed to customize it. We picked out everything, its truly, a one of a kind skateboard. He loves his wolf skateboard. Thank you so much.
