As others have said, there was a data breach. By the time the letter was sent the damage was done. Such a hassle and sent me into a panic for weeks. Still trying to defraud myself. Have to change banks and all my cards. I want some accountability here but I doubt I'll get it.

Ordered something from here in late 2020, the order went through but I later got an email saying the item was 'out of stock'. Minor annoyance, money was refunded. Didn't think anything of it. But, MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WAS STOLEN during this transaction. Such a horrible experience; I got my address, identity and $1000 stolen from my bank account. Had to go through lots of stress and hassle to get everything back from the fraud department at my bank and get all my cards changed, for no reason. I didn't even get my items in the first place. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. They later sent a letter to my address letting me know they had a data breach, but taking no accountability and neither being remorseful for the amount of distress and inconvenience caused to the customer by this situation. Don't shop on the Zumiez site!!

Just received a letter advising my credit card information was stolen from their site, as there was malware coding installed on their end. My card was breached. Final parting words, 'sorry for the inconvenience' Of fraud and identity theft!? To say the letter was aloof is an understatement.

By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If your order is refused upon delivery, it will not be returned to Zumiez and no refund will be processed.

Terrible. So I really liked a hoodie on their site. It was $70 which is pretty expensive for a hoodie. It took me a few days to think about but I finally bought it. It came quickly, but it literally turned my skin gray! The ink was just bleeding off the hoodie. I washed it twice and there was so much ink that it actually dyed the design on the hoodie. Also, trying to straighten the strings up in the hoodie all you hear is threads snapping. Very poor quality for something so expensive! I emailed their support team, and they are non existent! I emailed them 5 days ago and still, no reply. AVOID!!!

Absolutely awful if ordering to UK. I can see that I’m not the only one to have experienced this, but my three items have been sat at the ‘consolidation’ centre since 12th December!! Five weeks to put three things in a bag and hand them to a courier... and lord knows how long it will actually take once they leave Cali! It’s a real shame because the store is sick and the customer service guys seem nice enough, if unable to understand why you might be just a teeny bit pissed at the whole endeavour. Avoid like the plague unless you can visit in person.

Ordered a t-shirt on the 10th of December. Immediately after my purchase, I got an email that my order was shipped. Today, almost 4 weeks later, the status of my order remained the same. The package is still in Kenner, LA, and wasn't even shipped, the liars! I called DHL customer service, the -very friendly- lady on the phone told me that the order was never even ready for shipping and she recommended me to reclaim my money. I already tried to contact Zumiez by filling in the support-form 2 times, to get 2 times the same automatic generated email... I'm deeply disappointed. Online shopping is the only way to buy things these days, but experiencing an event like this, makes it very suspicious.
