DO NOT ORDER OUTSIDE OF THE US

Zumiez is my favourite store whenever I visit the US, but their online experience is abysmal. I ordered two shirts at the beginning of December and paid for shipment to the UK. I expected them to arrive after a couple of weeks, maybe. I was even prepared for them to arrive after Christmas. But I wasn't prepared for them to have not even left the country AFTER AN ENTIRE MONTH. I was asked if I'd like my shirts sent out seperately (I'm guessing they were in stock at different branches), or if I wanted them consolidated into one shipment to save on import taxes. I opted for the latter because who wouldn't want to save a little money? Oh, what a frugal fool I am. My order was placed on the 6th of December. A couple of days later, the request about consolidation came through. I replied straight away, and on the 14th of December, I received confirmation from Fedex that my shirts had reached a consolidation centre in Corona (the most unfortunate name for a place in 2020). As I write this, it is now the 29th of December (almost a new year!), and my shirts are STILL sat in that consolidation centre. I can just imagine them, lying in a pile all alone, a dying flourescent bulb hanging overhead as layers of dust congregate on clothing that might never be worn. What are the staff at the Corona consolidation centre doing? Do they have Corona themselves? Or are they just sat around getting high and watching skate videos? Either way, they aren't sending anyone's stuff out. The customer service team seem nice enough, and do reply pretty promptly. But they completely avoid giving me an actual reason why I don't have my shirts yet, and had the audacity to tell me that the process of getting my order out to me "isn't as simple as handing it to a courier". As a business owner that deals with plenty of international orders on a daily basis, I can tell you right now it really is that simple. If you're kicking it with the homies and happen to ride by a Zumiez store, head on in and stock up on skater threads. If you're living outside of the US and considering ordering from their website, you'd proabably have more luck dropping in on a vert ramp covered in bacon grease.

Ordered 2 pair of sneaker for Christmas…

Ordered 2 pair of sneaker for Christmas I received an email the next day saying my order has been shipped. I’ve tracked it for 12 days. Christmas has come and gone each day the tracking info says label printed however the shipping company has not received. Since it’s been “shipped” the order can’t be canceled. Called customer service waited on hold for 55 minutes. The agent was awesome, very polite. My order is being sent next day shipping. I’m giving them a 4 star rating because they fixed the problem. But the phone wait time and the order not being received for Christmas...so I can’t rate them 5 star.

Bar code on design of skateboard now it’s damaged

I purchase my daughter’s Christmas present from here. All she asked for was a skateboard. On wrapping the skateboard I noticed it had the bar code sticker right on the design. Why would they put this sticky, tacky thing right on the design of the rose? Upon trying to removed it it damaged the design. Now my daughter has to wake up tomorrow morning to this garbage because someone wanted to either be careless or funny. I am beyond upset because it was $100 for something my daughter really wanted and now I have to tell her we have to return and it’s out of stock. It makes no sense to.why someone would do this. These stickers are always hard to remove so why place it on the design and risk damage. I feel it was done on purpose.

Spend your money somewhere else

Can't get anyone to respond back to emails. IS THIS EVEN A REAL COMPANY ANYMORE??? Shipping notice has changed 4 times in 3 weeks, and now just doesn't link to anything, and it's 3 days till Christmas. Never again will I support this business.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Purchased a brand new skateboard that came used and worn. No response. Hours on phone to contact someone. Told me to ship back at my expense. Never going to buy from them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They sent me not original piece of clothes from ADIDAS, customer service never responded to me and my bank refused to give me money back! They are well prepared for dispute because they know that every second person will try to dispute charge!!!!
