Bought an item from their warehouse sale that did not work. When I called to complain they said they could do nothing because they had partnered with an outside company. I cannot believe they can get away selling items that don't work and then say it was a final sale. I feel completely ripped off and will not buy from a company who feels it is acceptable to treat their customers in this fashion.

Everything was good for me as a Swiss customer. Delivery within 10 days, no customs and I even got a personal message from one of the employees there that said my t-shirt was a nice choice ;) The only thing I disliked is that when I ordered I had to manually confirm my order by responding to an E-mail with the correct billing adress that is on file with my bank ones. I never experienced such a thing in my entire online shopping career and it's quite annoying and I don't understand the purpose of it. EDIT: I have to add that they suddenly released my order when I gave the info.

We placed an order for about 480usd and Upon delivery we were asked to pay an additional 260€ (about 310usd) including an extra fee to be paid to DHL. Independently from the fact that clothes are of good quality etc, it is not worth buying from Zumiez from the EU as you will be seriously penalised. When they shipped the items they said that to avoid having me to pay more taxes they were gathering all items and send the (possibly) separately, little did I know that I would have regretted buying from Zumiez so quickly. They also told me that if I refused to collect the parcel from DHL they would have not refunded me as DHL would have not sent the parcel back to them... If you live in Europe my advice is to spend as little as possible here and buy from actual EU based shops so you will not be screwed like this. Personally I think I'm done with with Zumiez as I can find similar items here in Europe at a significant lower price

The Zumiez shop in the bluegrass outlet and Shelbyville Kentucky is very unprofessional The manager was allowing other employees from another store in there arguing and she was sitting on a ladder watching why the other employer was doing everything else she allowed this to go on until we said something about it and she started getting rude and then we started getting rude and she was thrown the F bomb out there it says she can talk like that in her store because her manager didn’t give a F I think she was the shift manager at the time we was in there

My experience was terrible I had gone through the trouble of inconvenience traveling searching all stores fir a specific set of glasses, end results in searching and ordering online, now the specific glasses I wanted i ordered and added one day shipment which was an additional $30 the shipment took 5 days to arrive which maid that extra payment completely pointless and on top of that!!!! They sent the wrong damn glasses gave the correct description on all packaging until it got to the actual product!! Then customer service wasn’t going to do anything but refund the shipment fee, then I asked well should I not get some kind of credit or something to purchase the ones I actually want and they decided to give me ((((($5))))))) OFF!! Gift card when I’ve spent HUNDREDS of dollars it was pretty pathetic to me and poor customer service

Quando ho provato a comprare da loro a NY mi sono trovato estremamente bene, prodotti ottimi e di buona fattura. Putroppo quando ho comprato dall'italia, oltre ad aver pagato una follia tra spedizioni e tasse doganali (mi si è raddoppiato il prezzo) una maglietta mi è arrivata con un taglio lungo 10 cm sul fronte e diversi buchi sul retro.
