Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and itβs always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Very fast and friendly to speak with. The whole process took around 10 minutes to set up. Absolutely amazing, Matthew was very knowledgeable and clear about everything.

Customer service is excellent. It takes little time to speak to someone, and everyone I speak to is very helpful and friendly. I called to discuss options for my contract coming to end of term, and chatted to one of the team who clearly explained my options and wasn't pushy. Zen is a little more expensive than some other options out there, but it's worth it for the customer service.

I had a minor problem with Zen's online form and so I called and spoke with Amanda Etchells, she was really helpful, sorted out my problem and was very kind and sensitive given my difficult circumstances at the present time. I didn't realise when I called that it was nearly 5pm but she said 'don't worry about that' and continued without making me feel rushed in the least. A very good first experience with Zen.

From start to finish, the process of changing from another provider to Zen was seamless. Was always kept updated, informed about the process and very clear correspondence and instructions. Excellent internet upload and download speeds. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

Internet speed upgrade failed. Now stuck in an endless loop of them setting a date in the future to follow up by, and never following up. Has been this was for months. Won't engage with formal complaint requirements. Won't acknowledge I'm being overcharged. I expected more from zen reading other reviews, makes me doubt the legitimacy of all positive reviews you see.

Having tried the "Big Boys" and been very disappointed with speed and especially value for money, I decided it was time for a change. Being a member of Which, I chose a Which Recommded Provider. Zen has been an excellent choice. Reliable service, consistent speed, excellent value for money, such that I have never had to call on their customer service. Put simply, it's everything they say it is and I can't fault it.
