An excellent first impression of Zen, thank you Amanda!
I had a minor problem with Zen's online form and so I called and spoke with Amanda Etchells, she was really helpful, sorted out my problem and was very kind and sensitive given my difficult circumstances at the present time. I didn't realise when I called that it was nearly 5pm but she said 'don't worry about that' and continued without making me feel rushed in the least. A very good first experience with Zen.
