New fibre

Purchase, installation and setup was easy. Slight hurdle in automatically confirming my broadband details for setting up my own router but the help team sorted it asap

Changed from a different provider due to Cost

Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy

Zen sign on process

Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP

The very fact that I never have to…

The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Strong sales, poor installation, ho ho aftersales... not what I expected

The initial 'sales' element was well strong, good communication and support. Generally the installation was fine although the last part was marred by appointments not being kept which resulted in lost work time and income. Passwords provided in advance for the equipment did not work and thus the system could not operate. Installation was effective but the troubleshooting and support getting the system operational was poor - I had to sort it out for myself which was not straightforward. Once this was done the system has operated effectively although there is no discernible increase in speed and some dead wi fi spots have become apparent that were not present before. I guess my expectations were for a more efficient, fast and effective switcharound, unfortunately this was not my experience.

The people I dealt with were pleasant…

The people I dealt with were pleasant and professional. I was kept up to date with switch over from my previous supplier. I am impressed there will be no increased charges during the contract. So far so good .
