Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Zen sign on process
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP

The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and itβs always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

How things have changed!
On joining Zen I could not have been more satisfied - but this past year the responses from "support" have completely failed to understand the issues raised. And now they tell me they are going to "upgrade" my shared server? I dread to think what that is going to mean - I have no information about what, if anything, I need to do. Will my email still work, or will I be cut off?

Zen Internet Broadband is a winner
Because of poor customer service by BT/EE, I switched to Zen recently and have been pleasantly surprised by how easy it has been. The Router provided is manufactured by the German Company Fritz! Box and performs very well although I did have one problem pairing my WIFI printer using WPS until I successfully Googled the solution. I've found their Customer Service is good which is most important these days now that many providers don't value customer loyalty.
