How things have changed!

On joining Zen I could not have been more satisfied - but this past year the responses from "support" have completely failed to understand the issues raised. And now they tell me they are going to "upgrade" my shared server? I dread to think what that is going to mean - I have no information about what, if anything, I need to do. Will my email still work, or will I be cut off?
