Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and itβs always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

The internet signal is occasionally, but regularly, either cutting out or slowing significantly. Zen is expensive compared to rivals, but I cannot say that their service is any better than rivals. I doubt that I will renew

It reached out to me to sort help sort my account after me taking over from my husband who died. I deducted a point because the written response to my query took a little longer than I expected AND it contained company jargon that a complete novice like myself had no idea what it meant. We are getting there.

Been with zen for over 3 years now itβs been faultless. Before I was with virgin for about 10 years there service decreased as the years went on and the superhub they use is not fit for purpose I had to unplug it daily to get my internet back running.i would never go back to virgin

Broadband connection went smoothly and on time. Unfortunately, the digital voice connection including porting of our existing landline no. (which was supposed tb connected within 48 hours) took 14 days to be connected. Once connected, some friends nearby were unable to ring us as they received "number unknown" messages. It took until the following week to crrect this problem.

The internet is sometimes very poor. Worse than when I was with TalkTalk on a similar service. When I came to set up the Zen service in the first place I was confused by conflicting passwords sent to me prior to set up and what I actually needed to commence the process of installation. On the plus side good to have a company based in Manchester running the system!
