New fibre

Purchase, installation and setup was easy. Slight hurdle in automatically confirming my broadband details for setting up my own router but the help team sorted it asap

Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy

Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP

The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Install was booking in quickly and…

Install was booking in quickly and efficient. The coverage over the house is patchy, it looks like additional spend on boosters/extenders is going to be required. The parental controls functionality is lacking. You have to manually block each individual website. There's no way to block categories on the whole e.g. "adult content"

Good experience

Zen were recommended to me and from the start of the order to the completion all has gone well. The timetable for installation was kept to. The engineer was very pleasant and amenable, along with those who who did the outside work. I am very pleased with the consistency of the broadband connection. The signal from the router throughout the house is a bit weak although I use my own extenders and therefore it doesn’t cause a problem. Base Speeds appear to be what I am paying for. All in all a good experience after having been with Virgin Media for a long time. Highly Recommended.

Very Happy Customer

From point of order to installation I was well communicated with. Clear billing too. Contacted their customer service dept with a couple of general questions prior to install and amazed how quickly I got through and how happy I was with the knowledge and response of their team.

Best internet provider I've ever used.

Through the years I've used different internet providers. Most of the time there were always some issues, eventually resolved but never hassles... Since I'm with Zen, I actually don't have to worry about anything. The installations was smooth as baby bum and took only approx 45 min. I can't recommend enough...

switching to zen fibre

one of my neighbours was telling me about his experience of moving to zen for fibre now that its in our village. i knew my sky contract kept on rising and rising and fibre wasnt available through them, so i thought i would enquire. there was a bit of a wait to get through, but it was a saturday..... i got through to Matt Gaughran and he couldnt have been more helpful in trying to get the write and relevant tarrif and talk me through the process.... of course sky tried to counter offer, but after how comfortable with zens customer services i wa, i will go through with the switch.... so far, so good - and a few more pennies in my pocket!

Where is my order?

I’ve ordered a broadband package from Zen in beginning of march after my contract ran out of with Virgin. They sent me an email that they can’t provide an installation date, because my address requires external work. We are in middle of May and still nothing they keep postponing the date saying they will review my order in 2 weeks time, in the meantime I have to pay virgin media out of contract price. I’ve asked Zen to cancel my purchase and refund the money as after all these waiting , I’m renewing my contract with Virgin media. Couple of days later I still haven’t heard from Zen that they will refund me. Am I got scammed? Unfortunately it’s a horrible experience with this company and they didn’t offer anything to me, to make this situation less horrible.

The best decision I made after waiting too long

Switching to Zen from my previous broadband supplier was undoubtedly the best decision I've made after years of frustration with inadequate support and subpar performance. I am thoroughly satisfied with the results. Despite the slight increase in my monthly fee, I have no regrets whatsoever.
