Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

After seeing the Which best buy rating I was inspired to try Zen on behalf of my elderly parents. However, poor communication over billing, service failure, and now very poor on-line support has pushed me to sharing my feedback. Not what I was hoping for. Despite being told the service would be restored the failure continues. Sadly, just a poor customer service. You really need a huge amount of patience when calling for help!

2 months without WiFi! I signed up for Zen after seeing positive reviews on TrustPilot and Which. Knowing that installation can take time I applied two weeks before moving into a new house expecting it all to be set up in time. My household includes 2 hybrid workers and myself who works solely from home. It has been 2 months since signing up and we are yet to have anything installed. Poor communication from the customer service teams around delays with Openreach and continued promises that someone (a manager) will get back to us has left our household in distress. It has massively impacted our work and cost us more money through extended hotspot allowances using our phones. This experience has taught me that unfortunately you cannot trust reviews anymore and clearly Zen has no regard for delivering the services they promise so passionately on their website. Think twice before going with Zen!!!

I was considering switching from my previous provider to Zen. I contacted Matthew Gaughran on Saturday and he was very helpful in answering all my questions and did not exert any pressure for me to commit. He gave me his direct contact number and when I rang today to set up a contract he was extremely helpful and efficient. Thank you Matthew for your help.

Seamless transition despite endless pestering from Sky. Everything went to plan just like Zen said it would. My only issue was connecting my security cameras to the 2-4ghtz band,which was quickly resolved after speaking to Zen help team. Speed is very good. Very happy to highly recommend.
