Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

I have always had drop out issues with my old fibre broadband, so went to Virgin in the hope the full fibre to the premise and high speeds would fix that.... I give them full marks for speed... That was impressive from the start... But the number of dropped connections was ridiculous. Even having a wired connection to the router and being sat next to the router... Then they wanted to double the price on renewal. By this time city fibre had laid some lines and Zen became an option. I chose them because they always seemed to be highly rated and chose a lower speed, in the hope that the reduction in dropped connections would make up for that. I am only a few months down the line.... But wow.... The advertised speed is lower than Virgin, but that's not my experience AND NO DROPPED CONNECTIONS. Any doubts I had are out the window. Right now, I am a happy bunny

Changed over to Zen a few weeks ago after losing my patience with virgin. So far everything seems to be ok. Usually get about 500 mbps but at times and depending what I'm using it does drop down to sub 150 mbps download and the upload can be 300+? Customer service is brilliant can't fault it. Install was painless. Maybe I don't know but BT's fibre network may get too busy and struggles to cope at times. My daughter works from home and apart from the odd occasion when online meetings struggle to keep up we have had no real issues. Our last provider we had to use mobile data several times a week which was not good. Overall we are very happy with Zen and would recommend their services. Would have been 5 stars if I didn't have to buy an extra long Ethernet cable to locate the router to a more central location in the house. I don't think the Fritz box is as powerful as they make it out to be.

Since I had Zen I have had no outages and the connection is fast. As I work from home this is very important to me. It’s also a complete contrast to the service from my previous provider. Since the installation I’ve never had to contact Zen at all. It’s brilliant.

Expensive slow internet that goes down at night. No FTTP available even though BT can supply FTTP to my property and the fibre termination point is on the pole outside my property. Just another BT Openreach reseller doing the minimum whilst reaping huge profits.

We have been with Zen for about 3 years and not had a single problem. Our previous provider failed us too often when we had a student who needed a reliable broadband connection. We think it is a little expensive and although we are on a deal for life this is unlikely to hold good when full fibre is introduced.

Easy to contact and actually speak to a person. Matt was very helpful and patient with me as I am not technical and I am hoping that it will be a smooth transaction from my current provider.
