Where is my order?
I’ve ordered a broadband package from Zen in beginning of march after my contract ran out of with Virgin. They sent me an email that they can’t provide an installation date, because my address requires external work. We are in middle of May and still nothing they keep postponing the date saying they will review my order in 2 weeks time, in the meantime I have to pay virgin media out of contract price. I’ve asked Zen to cancel my purchase and refund the money as after all these waiting , I’m renewing my contract with Virgin media. Couple of days later I still haven’t heard from Zen that they will refund me. Am I got scammed? Unfortunately it’s a horrible experience with this company and they didn’t offer anything to me, to make this situation less horrible.
