Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Intermittent drop outs on my line since November. Despite two new routers and five visits from Openreach engineers the problem is persisting and actually worsening to the extent that the the broadband is almost unusable. Zen doing the absolute minimum to help and don't appear to be exerting any pressure on Openreach to rectify what is clearly a line issue.

I place a premium on the support I get over the mere technology of speed. The outstanding service I get from knowledgeable courteous front-facing staff must have saved me more time and angst than the specifications of the technology that they support. These staff are, in turn, supported by an unseen and often unacknowledged expert team. Thank you, Nathan and all your colleagues.

They are cheap (as in 'inexpensive'), helpful, cheap, professional, cheap, knowledgeable, and did I mention it - cheap? The only downside is that they only work Monday to Friday, and I only ever need to contact them at the weekend! And now they tell me they're available at the weekends (but only 09:00 to 17:00, but it's much better than nothing!)

I've had no single issues, no buffering on all my devices so far. I don't even want to leave home most days, cos of the fantastic network I enjoy
