Intermittent drop outs on my line since…
Intermittent drop outs on my line since November. Despite two new routers and five visits from Openreach engineers the problem is persisting and actually worsening to the extent that the the broadband is almost unusable. Zen doing the absolute minimum to help and don't appear to be exerting any pressure on Openreach to rectify what is clearly a line issue.
