New fibre

Purchase, installation and setup was easy. Slight hurdle in automatically confirming my broadband details for setting up my own router but the help team sorted it asap

Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy

Zen sign on process

Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP

The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Hopeful situation will be resolved

No response from zen Equipment fell off wall Speed only 230 download 0 upload Asked for phone call nothing My husband wrote the above thinking he was sending a review about our recent installation directly to Zen following their email about Mental Health but he inadvertently posted it on my Trustpilot account. He has since managed to speak to someone at the company who has promised to call him back about the issues we are having. We are hopeful…..

Fibre cable

When someone else cuts you fibre cable basically leaving you nothing to have a team try there best to get it sorted and someone letting them down It is really good for a company to show that they do care even on a bank holiday

Zen top supplier no nonsense superior service

Zen Internet has been my provider for a few years now and I've never ever had any problems it just works!!!.Superb super fast connection excellent pricing far superior in my experience than with bigger names like sky,BT and virgin . When I've rang up to extend contract etc no nonsense straight to the point service,no being on hold ages getting the hard sell about phones,TV services etc just friendly,polite, courteous service Everytime a breath of fresh air.

Five stars for Zen!!!

Fingers crossed I have continuous service and, as I work form home, this very important. Whenever I have needed to speak to some one ( very rare) they are always very helpful. I am grateful that my fee does not increase throughout the time I remain with Zen.

A lack of choice on cable colour cancelled out Zen

I am looking to install broadband and requested a white cable to connect but was informed by Zen that it could not make that commitment as it depended on what Openreach had in their van! They might have white but if they didn't and I ordered the broadband and cancelled as no white was available, I would have to pay a cancellation fee. This from the top Which recommeded service - what happened to consumer choice. I appreciate a swift response but fail to understand why Zen cannot offer the choice of a black of white cable and that the choice is in the hands of Openeach. Carrying two cable reels can't be too big an ask can it? Perhaps Openreach could provide their reasons for their current policy

I have been with Zen for many years from 1980s till from 1980s until retirement and i still have webmail and still have web hosting and mail with zen.

I have been with Zen for many years. I was the IT manager of the Refreat Hospital in York and set up the Retreats IT Department using Zen Internet and E mail connections. I went to visit their offices early on and met a lot of the staff. Everyone was very friendly and when you contacted them about issues they always found a solution. They never passed problems on. It made my job so much easier and along with Geoffrey Hawkes (a person affiliated with Zen) we had brilliant support. I am still getting good support.
