Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and itβs always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

I contacted Zen and spoke with Jo in the Retention Team. The service I received was excellent. From the outset I felt valued and that my circumstances were understood and Zenβs priority. I was offered a great deal which I was more than happy to accept. Thank you Zen (and Jo)

Excellent response from Live Chat operator Nathan, courteous, helpful, quick. Resolved my problems of disconnected internet within minutes. I had not being able to get through to phone lines all day. Much quicker system using live chat

Sent me the router with the wrong server pass code ,spent hours on the phone whilst they tested everything . never got a sorry is it ok now from them

I switched to Zen when fibre broadband became available because they were able to offer continuity of telephone service. The whole operation could not have gone more smoothly. The service has continued faultlessly since then.

Changed provider to ZenArranged installation of full fibre with City Fibre. All went well from delivery if new router to fibre installation.
