I was asked to phone a member of staff urgently about a court case involving a claim from last year. The date if the claim was wrong. I rang the direct dial number provided seven times in the day. I spoke to two other people who were pleasant but unable to help directly. One said he would ask her to ring me. The other said the same and would also contact her line manager. Sttill no phone call what an awful company. What is the line manager doing? Lazy or incompetent?
