Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and itβs always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

I was movΓng to another part of the country and was recommended Zen. I decided to make some enquiries and so pleased I chose them. The transition was so smooth and router was waiting for me on removal day meaning no break in service. Customer service is fantastic.

From the moment I first contacted Zen about getting a full fibre installation I've had nothing but a great experience with everyone I've spoken to. On each occasion it's been my impression that they are not only keen to understand but genuinely want to help - and, to my delight, always do. This is in dramatic contrast to past experiences with the endless levels of automated menus and dead-end options offered by my previous telecom service providers.

It's such a refreshing change to be able to speak to a real, knowledgeable, customer focused person who is able to answer questions and respond helpfully. I was previously with one of the big companies, but their customer serice was patchy at best. With Zen, I have consistently received great, helpful customer service.

Frequently when we are watching TV the internet connection fails and so we could only give 3 stars. However, I believe the green credentials of this company are good which is why we chose them in the first place.
