Zen Broadband Onboarding Easy
My account hasn't been activated yet, so I can't speak to the actual broadband service from Zen, but the onboarding process was easy. Due to moving into a new build, I couldn't locate the property on the internet and had to call to get setup. The customer service rep, Matthew Gaughran, was kind and helpful in answering questions, explaining Zen's approach, and completing the onboarding.
