Hold on the line for 32mins!!!.
We have been a customer of Zen for 20+ years.No problems,until this last week,when it became apparent,there 'technical' expertise was sadly disappointing.We can't contact our main supplier by telephone......their response,"We could authorise a BT home investigation,which would probably find no fault and incur a £180 charge to yourselves!!!!!"
