Keep taking our money even though we cancelled phones/broadband 3 months ago

Due to moving offices, we cancelled our phone/broadband service with plenty of notice to zen and yet 3 months later they're still taking over £70 a month out of our bank account and not answering emails or calls.Terrible Service from Zen unlike EE who we moved to who have been brilliant.
