New fibre

Purchase, installation and setup was easy. Slight hurdle in automatically confirming my broadband details for setting up my own router but the help team sorted it asap

Changed from a different provider due to Cost

Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy

Zen sign on process

Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP

The very fact that I never have to…

The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Only been with them for a month after…

Only been with them for a month after switching from Youfibre due to change of address and unavailability of Youfibre at new house. Service speed so far is excellent (as advertised) and as paid for. No drops or outages so far.

Awful experience

As usual they promised it was going to cover a two bedroom flat, and it is not. It has been 2 weeks now and they are still not coming back to me for the resolution.I’m paying 41£ for a broadband not working.

Had enquired about coming back to Zen…

Had enquired about coming back to Zen via the online chat. Had wanted openreach services as I currently have Cityfibre already. The online chat was very helpful and provided all of the necessary details for the service and a number to call to place a manual order. On calling the sales number, an initial order was started. The agent sent the necessary emails to review and then proceeded to ask for a month paid upfront for the service.(No mention of this during the start of the call) No commitment provided as to when the service would be live. No info on when the billing would commence. And when the agent attempted to start the process for taking payment he advised they are unable to take payments at the moment. On that note, it started well. But now I'm really considering not coming back. If an ISP can't get the basics right how can they be trusted to provide the service for 18months.

I'm now a new Zen Internet customer. Spoke to Matthew Gaughran - great service, very helpful, no hard sell but explained all the options. Would definitely recommend.
