Had enquired about coming back to Zen…

Had enquired about coming back to Zen via the online chat. Had wanted openreach services as I currently have Cityfibre already. The online chat was very helpful and provided all of the necessary details for the service and a number to call to place a manual order. On calling the sales number, an initial order was started. The agent sent the necessary emails to review and then proceeded to ask for a month paid upfront for the service.(No mention of this during the start of the call) No commitment provided as to when the service would be live. No info on when the billing would commence. And when the agent attempted to start the process for taking payment he advised they are unable to take payments at the moment. On that note, it started well. But now I'm really considering not coming back. If an ISP can't get the basics right how can they be trusted to provide the service for 18months.
