I have to say that the customer service…
I have to say that the customer service is actually decent! I went through the same thing a lot of these other buyers, as in not seeing my item picked up, but label created, etc. the reason for that is, they use a third party shipper. The shipper does not update the tracking for usps because they don’t have the same programs. My item took a week and half to make tons usps facility, and I thought it was just sitting in the same location due to tracking. I will admit, it is very frustrating not knowing when you’ll receive your order. I’m not sure why some of the people didn’t get responses from IG, but I got responses, just not immediately. Any time I messaged someone, they ALWAYS got back to my annoying ass! I haven’t recieved my order yet, and it’s been 2.5 weeks, but it is in my city now. :) they may be swarmed because of the new shipping laws. Not many people are still shipping! We could be thankful for the late deliveries if we are still getting our vaping needs!! I have them 3 stars just because of the late shipment, and third party shipper. Customer service was helpful.
