Best Vape Subscription Service. Period

All right so baseline this has got to be literally the greatest company where you can get your favorite types flavors for a small fee every month. Literally one of the greatest subscriptions I've ever participated in for that reason I paid 45 bucks for my box and literally saved $40+ this month. Of course you got the new laws in place for shipping you got covid-19 going on but listen once the problem of shipping was brought to the customer service Representatives attention they gave me expedited shipping and from the time that my problem was addressed my package was here in 3 days.

Although they have cheap prices they…

Although they have cheap prices they don't give you the best choices. I was getting the 12 pack and only getting 3 to 4 juices I liked. And I could only choose those ones again as you are at there mercy for the remaining 8. The web site works best on a PC not a phone. They never ship out boxes on time. I've waited weeks without hearing why. Its a hit and miss. I found it better to go to the vape store and skip all the drama.

All lies

I started this service believing what their website said. Boy was I wrong. I chose the largest box, made my flavor likes and dislikes paid my money and then waited for weeks. Their website never worked. I couldn't access the previous boxes to tell them what juice I liked and didn't like. Even though I "disliked" mint,menthol etc... they still sent me the ice flavors. They take your money, but then don't ship your stuff until they feel like it. If you call and complain, they act like you're an idiot because of covid and they don't have enough people... if they can't take care of their current customers, why do they keep accepting more new customers? Very poor business ethics in my opinion. No way to track packages... no alerts when the package finally gets shipped. Needless to say, I stopped my service because they took my money on 3/1 and when I called them today 3/12 they still haven't even filled my order... not acceptable in the least. Terrible service and customer service.

you better make sure when you cancel…

you better make sure when you cancel your subscription its really cancelled. because they will charge you time and time again. and they will tell you its your fault no matter what type of evidence you supply.

Meh. Not what it used to be.

Just overall disappointed. I have chosen not to contact Zamplebox. Made my first order of a subscription box this month on Feb 10th. The order was in the getting bottles ready phase for 2 days, for the past 8 days it has said Getting Ready to Ship it. I just expect better. Zamplebox used to be a game changing service for all wishing to try new juice or just have variety, something that is needed even more now a days with current regulations in constant flux. Disappointed to see a company with such potential fall so far. Anyways just wanted to let others know of these issues. Please note: Saturday and Sunday are not included in the count of days as Zamplebox states it requires X amount of business days to send product.

Love zamplebox

Love zamplebox. My son at age 21 got me hook on vaping. I told him do his research and I would start buying them from online so he did and he found zamplebox. Then he let me try some of the flavors and I got hook to this site also.

Fantastic All Around

The shipping is fast, easy, and reliable, the variety and quality of the juices are amazing, the customer service is great, and the prices are wonderful! I recommend zamplebox to everyone I know that vapes, and two of my friends have already subscribed and love it!

Just don't do it. Not worth it anymore.

Ive been with Zample on and off since 2015. It's always been one of my favorite parts of the month getting my custom box. The last few months this has been the worst experience of my month. At this point you guys might as well just shut down the company. Ive been ripped off by companies and had better experiences than Zample gives me. Ive heard the rumors that it was bought by a different company and there's some issues, but that isn't an excuse for six months of the worst service most have ever even heard of. Complete waste of energy. I'm tired of going weeks without hearing anything from customer service. The feature that I used to love, being able to choose what kind of flavors you got, is completely worthless now. I am sent however many bottles of whatever is laying around. I know this because for some reason Zample has started sending the packing list with my order. On the packing list it literally says random fruit 30ml. Not only is this not holding onto the joy I've had with this company for years, but it's actually a complete lie based on the COMPANIES WEBSITE FRONT PAGE.

ZB's not what it used to be

ZB's not what it used to be I've had a lot of problems with this subscription service since about March/April last year. Albeit, those problems didn't start until I had been a member for two years. But toward the end, it took six months and over 3 dozen emails to get refunded on a box that never even left the warehouse. The end of 2021 I started getting email blasts, invitations to come back, telling me their problems were suppliers and law makers, etc., Now that I've been back, for 3 months, IT'S NOT THE SAME. There is no tracking for my box which perpetually says "getting ready to ship," (even on old boxes I've received). There are only 4 pages of juice choices where there used to be a dozen. It's too bad because this really is an amazing and much needed product.

Don't order from them

IF they send anything, they send products clearly listed on your "dislike" list as well as items previous sent.The ejuice I actually got to sample wasn't that great. In Nov 2021, they took 2 payments, sent zero product. January 2022, I canceled my account after repeated requests to update my payment info. Zamplebox says I only chose to "skip a month" but either way, no money should've been taken from my account. On Jan 31, 2022 they helped themselves to another payment. No product has been recieved. They refuse to refund the 3 payments. A complaint has been filed with the BBB. Stick with reputable suppliers. Ejuice plug is good.

Great staff, slow shipping

Great staff, need better shipping options. For me as a Canadian I didn't think my juice would be here in 3 days... nor did I think it would take almost a month. In fact my order took over a month to come but this was during the holidays so I didn't complain. Yes shipping takes forever, but I feel that is the only problem with ZampleBox. That being said im not sure why people feel this is their fault my order sat in la for days is it? Now as for what I feel is the important part THE JUICE!!! I feel the juice is always good stuff, im kinda picky so I always have a couple I don't like but I give them away. I get stuck on what I know and this really helps me try juice I wouldn't normally pick and the ones I don't like didn't cost that much so I don't mind giving them away. I like the concept and it works well enough for me. I believe usps is holding them back.

The Reviews Speak For Themselves

First off the shipping takes a very long time. I received two boxes and both times I got different juice than what my tasting menu said I was supposed to get. I did contact customer support after first box was messed up and I was compensated but the second box I had the same issue. Didn't even bother contacting them again and just canceled. They are getting 2 stars just because customer support was responsive and I did get compensated. I know taste is subjective but the juice I got in the first box was quite bland tasting.
