I've just received my first Zamplebox, after watching lots of videos of my favourite vape vlogger (Chris from indoor smokers)saying how good they are, I seen the black Friday deal and got myself some salts, after 2 years of serious vaping I have tried them all,but here in the UK I have been through hundreds thinking I'd found the best,but I was wrong, the juices were tailored to my preferences and they are just incredible, they are just amazing, I can't wait to try more,I am definitely sticking with this Company, the quality and value is outstanding, if your looking for great juice, Zamplebox is all you'll ever need.. I recieved my first box. It arrived later than it was supposed to but thats to be expected right now. I havent tried all of the flavors yet but 3 out of 6 are perfect. Will definitely order again.
Other then adding the slushy man juicy melon to their list I would say the variety is plentyful.

Convenient & less costly than buying individual flavors. Plus any time I've had an issue, their customer service team has fixed it for me!
I did not sign up for auto-shipping, yet was charged a large amount without me knowing. Very cynical website. Buyer beware.

i love the idea of getting new flavors. i have only gotten one box and was very pleased with what i got. the website is very easy to use. also when i had any questions the customer service responded very quickly and was happy to help. i would recommend to anyone wanting to try something new.
I was excited about a Black Friday promotion and wanted to see if it was still available. The site informed me that I had to have my cart loaded and checkout before I could enter and check the code. I loaded my cart with 6 bottles of random juices just so I could check the code and was again prompted to checkout before I could enter and try the code, so I clicked checkout. It immediately placed the order, did not allow me to confirm anything or check the code. I frantically attempted to undo the action and was directed to send a text about the order for support, so I did so 5 minutes after the order was placed. I got no response. After 7 hours without any response of any kind, I attempted support again through the website and sent another text explaining the situation. Still, no response. Another 4 hours AFTER that, I get an email stating "YOUR ORDER IS ON ITS WAY!" I didn't receive this message for another 2 hours as I was preoccupied with life, but when I got home initiated a live chat on the support site right away. Then went rounds and rounds near the entirety of the next day (did not receive a reply until then) trying to explain what happened. At no point was I listened to or assisted in any way, simply was told repeatedly that the order couldn't be canceled (the order I didn't authorize and attempted to cancel 5 minutes after the SNAFU occurred) because it had already shipped. I've heard a lot of good things about ZampleBox and wasn't expecting this at all. This is by far one of the worst customer support experiences I've ever had with any company. EDIT: I've actually been communicating with the company the past couple days through the email address and things have gotten WORSE. No ownership of the issue even after pinpointing the precise problem. Offered to refund half the cost, less shipping, of a charge that was completely unauthorized to begin with after ignoring my plea for help before this became a problem and the order was processed. Repeatedly blamed me and made critical comments.

The customer service is bull. Rather than helpin you actually cancel an order they drag out the problem so long that the order gets filled and they tell you this BS. “I’m sorry I can no longer fulfill your request, the best I can do is give you $5 ZBucks or a %10 coupon for your next order.” Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.
Zamplebox is PHENOMENAL. You're able to tell them what you like and don't like - I got excessive! I know what I like when it comes to juice - at least I THOUGHT I did. I despise watermelon flavored things. One of the juices in my first box was a fruit mix to include, none other than WATERMELON. I was a little upset. BUT THEN I TRIED IT....I was so pleasantly surprised! Now I am more open to trying new flavors from Zamplebox. I'm far less likely to drive 30 minutes out if town to the vape shop to buy an expensive bottle of juice.
Everything was very good! The quickness in which I box was amazing and all of the flavors were wonderful! I liked all of them! I would recommend zampleBox to anyone!
