Awful customer service, they started to take money from me on a day in the month that definitely didn’t suit me, refused to change the date. Took no responsibility for the mix up in dates, blamed me and the told me they will charge me €100 if I go to another provider. Avoid this bunch at all costs !
Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

Yuno staff are so helpful, polite and efficient to deal with. When you ring for help your not kept waiting or have to press numerous numbers to get to a person who can help.

I recently changed supplier from Flogas after being with them for a year for electricity! I got a shock when I received my final bill......... Yuno took over the account 2 days before the contract was due to expire and Flogas have charged me €275!!! Panicking because I didnt want to fall into contract again with Flogas and signed up with Yuno online. Why is there no liaison between leaving a company and joining a new one! I am always very diligent about breaking a contract and this would never have happened if Flogas or Yuno had made me aware that I was still in contract. Contacted Yuno customer service and the outcome was 'read the small print'. Also be aware you pay upfront - how they assess the amount I don't know! Why is there not an option when signing up online to input the contract end date with previous supplier?

Moved home and spent an hour today holding for energia to sign up, they dropped the call so I tried Yuno. Picked up straight away and got me signed up they’re a good bit cheaper too (.33 compared to .48) and when I had issues later logging in with my email got through to customer support straight away. Very good sales and support team, would highly recommend.

Dealt with Richard on the Chat function and he was polite and friendly and answered several questions, that's he's probably been asked hundreds of times before quickly and efficiently. Great service

Spoke to customer services a couple of times now. Gor through straight away. Spoke to a person..not a robot. They answered my queries and delt with an issue immediately. Excellent service. Very happy with the app also
