Awful customer service, they started to take money from me on a day in the month that definitely didn’t suit me, refused to change the date. Took no responsibility for the mix up in dates, blamed me and the told me they will charge me €100 if I go to another provider. Avoid this bunch at all costs !
Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

How refreshing to have a call answered in under a minute and to speak to someone. I spoke to Josh who was warm and personable while dealing with my query as a new customer. Keep it up.

I signed up with Yuno energy on October 10th and paid €72.45 by card that day. On October 25th another €202.66 was taken from my card. Potential customers need to read the small print and terms and conditions. Yuno predict how much electricity customers may use in the coming month and they charge in advance by deducting the amount from your card. When I contacted their helpline to query this system with a request to verify the information I was given over the phone they promised to investigate and get back back to me. I'm still waiting. When I agree to do business with any company transparency is so important. To advertise 'earn credit and reduce your next bill' using the information on their app is rather strange. I've already had the money deducted in advance by Yuno.

I spoke with Constance this morning by phone to enquire about changing to a day/ night tariff. She was such a pleasant person I felt a review is warranted. My issue was resolved and I enjoyed a really nice customer service experience.
