Awful customer service

Awful customer service, they started to take money from me on a day in the month that definitely didn’t suit me, refused to change the date. Took no responsibility for the mix up in dates, blamed me and the told me they will charge me €100 if I go to another provider. Avoid this bunch at all costs !

Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

I had a great experience with Constance…

I had a great experience with Constance when I called Yuno to ask for more information regarding my bill payment. She was extremely polite, patient, professional and sweet. I appreciate everyone who is working in customer service, as it's not an easy job. Big kudos to Constance! She deserve it! With her attitude and her patience, I hope she gets promoted or at least a raise!

Hannah the lady from Yuno who I spoke to was very good and explained everything to me. Making me feel confident in Yuno who I joined just yesterday. The contract is for twelve months and the deal is quite good.

Not currently the cheapest on the market as they advertise

Dealt with Richard by email, he answered my question. Takes 3 days for a response by email. I'd you join Yuno through one big switch you get 20eur credit added to your account. Unfortunately I didn't get this. Yuno are advertising as Ireland's cheapest but energia are coming in cheapest at the moment. One good with I'll say is the Yuno app is pretty accurate for monthly spends and you can check usage up to yesterday to see how much you spent.
