Changing Supplier
I recently changed supplier from Flogas after being with them for a year for electricity! I got a shock when I received my final bill......... Yuno took over the account 2 days before the contract was due to expire and Flogas have charged me €275!!! Panicking because I didnt want to fall into contract again with Flogas and signed up with Yuno online. Why is there no liaison between leaving a company and joining a new one! I am always very diligent about breaking a contract and this would never have happened if Flogas or Yuno had made me aware that I was still in contract. Contacted Yuno customer service and the outcome was 'read the small print'. Also be aware you pay upfront - how they assess the amount I don't know! Why is there not an option when signing up online to input the contract end date with previous supplier?
