I signed up with Yuno energy on October 10th and paid €72.45 by card that day. On October 25th another €202.66 was taken from my card. Potential customers need to read the small print and terms and conditions. Yuno predict how much electricity customers may use in the coming month and they charge in advance by deducting the amount from your card. When I contacted their helpline to query this system with a request to verify the information I was given over the phone they promised to investigate and get back back to me. I'm still waiting. When I agree to do business with any company transparency is so important. To advertise 'earn credit and reduce your next bill' using the information on their app is rather strange. I've already had the money deducted in advance by Yuno.
