Awful customer service

Awful customer service, they started to take money from me on a day in the month that definitely didn’t suit me, refused to change the date. Took no responsibility for the mix up in dates, blamed me and the told me they will charge me €100 if I go to another provider. Avoid this bunch at all costs !

Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND

I joined Yuno in September didn’t realise I was paying in advance so decided to cancel on the 4th of October. Had about 6 phone calls about my refund after the that.Rang on Friday 3rd of November about my refund and was told it would be another 21 days before I would receive it and said it would be escalated. To my horror another 162 euro was taken from my account yesterday the 4th of November anyone waiting for a refund cancel your direct debit with your bank absolutely furious stay away from them

~Great Stuff~

Had a lovely experience with Yuno's customer service team via their chat option. Very friendly and helpful with all of my specific questions. Although not a customer yet, really nice to be greeted so warmly. Thank you~

Constance was a friendly helpful customer service rep

Constance was very good about follow up she is 5 star! It took 5 weeks for the technical dept to correct the issue but it was finally fixed. Constance checked in regularly to let me know I was not forgotten. Friendly good customer care.

“Constance” ly improving

As a new customer to Yumo I had to ring customer services which let’s face it , this can often be the worst experience ever . Wow was I surprised, they are Dublin based and my customer experience with a lovely person called Constance was nothing short of amazing . Constance was so prompt to answer ,professional and knowledgeable in her role , and just a lovely person to deal with. All in all this was the most positive customer experience in my 55 years and many company’s should take note here. Happy customers are everything and I’m happy to recommend Yumo . Well done all, let's hope it's a business model that's copied by others

Still Waiting for Refund

Joined Yuno. Realized their service did not fit my needs & decided to move to a different provider. A customer support person reached out over the phone to collect info on why I had decided to leave & I provided my feedback. While they were very quick on getting my feedback, they were not as prompt to refund the amount I paid in advance. I switched provider on the 25th of September & I am still waiting for Yuno's refund. I've reached out to support multiple times without success. Just a few examples of answers I've received: your case has been escalated & you need to wait about 20 days (more than 20 days have passed); the agent in charge of your case is off today, I'll check with my manager & reach out to you over email (never received any email). I can't describe how disappointed I am. I'll keep trying with customer support until I get a refund. But given this negative experience I would not recommend their service.

5* Shout out to Richard on Yuno chat who solved my longterm problem with my phone app. Now app back to normal. It had been a phone glitch and as simple as reducing the text size on my phone. Much appreciated

Very satisfied

As a new customer I can say I have been very impressed with the company so far. I have had a few issues with the app and had to contact customer services. Each time has been a painless experience, I don't have to wait in a que and get through in seconds after which the problem has been resolved very quickly. I hope this company continues with the way it has started. I also hope they look after their fantastic customer service staff .

Spoke with Hannah today. I was having a problem logging in to my account. Issue was in Yuno end - minor glitch. As soon as we contacted Yuno, Hannah rang us to talk us through the process of resolving the issue. She was most pleasant and informed. 5* service.
